ARCO is currently implementing the final evaluation of the emancipatory research on the wellbeing of women with disabilities in Palestine

Io MarioOn November 16th-20th, Federico Ciani, the coordinator of the research unit on inclusive development is currently implementing the final evaluation of the emancipatory research process facilitated by ARCO in Beit Sahour, Nablus and Ramallah (West Bank – Palestine).
The emancipatory research was implemented in the domain of the international cooperation project Particip-Action funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Educaid with the support of the Italian NGO AIFO and by the Italian Network on Disability and Development.
The final results of the research were presented in Ramallah on November 16th by prof. Mario Biggeri (scientific coordinator of ARCO) and will be published soon.
The evaluation is implemented through the application of tailored innovative evaluation methodologies that saw the direct involvement of the women who participated to the emancipatory research process. ARCO continuously elaborates innovative elaboration tools taking into consideration the context and the object of the evaluation in order to achieve the maximum degree of impact and quality of the results.
