Andrea Ferrannini, coordinator of the Strategic Unit on Local Development of ARCO Lab, is among the new coordinators of the thematic group on Participatory Methods of the Human Development and Capability Association.

The Human Development and Capability Association (HDCA) is a global community of academics and practitioners that seeks to build an intellectual community around the ideas of human development and the capability approach, and relate these ideas to the policy arena.
This group hopes to create a space where ideas and experiences can be exchanged when using Participatory Methods to apply the Capability Approach within research activities and development programs.
ARCO Lab will thus share its experience and contribute to develop new ideas and insights within the international debate on participatory methods and human development.
