Erica Gasperotti works for ARCO as a research assistant in the Social Economics Unit and follows the training activities of the Yunus Social Business Centre University of Florence, the centre that promotes social business as a tool to address the social and environmental issues of our time.
Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Trento, with a thesis on “Impact Investing for Innovative Social Economy in Italy” and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Bologna. During this period, she worked in the world of start-ups and entrepreneurship, acquiring skills in business design and design thinking. She wrote her thesis on impact assessment and Theory of Change, on the basis of her experience for the internship at a cooperative in Bologna. During this time, she contributed to the drafting of the cooperative’s five-year social impact report.
Thanks to this experience, she approached the themes of urban regeneration, participatory planning and local development and in 2020 she co-founded Moltiplicazioni, the Festival delle Idee per uno Sviluppo Sostenibile in Rovereto, set up to talk about the themes of the Agenda2030 together with associations in the Trentino region.
