Sustainable Food Commodities
Leonardo’s research focuses on integrated management systems, with special emphasis on quality, hygiene, and environmental and social responsibility. He is an expert of process and product certifications, especially food and textile supply chains. He is an adjunct professor in Sustainability of Supply Chains in the School of Economics and Management at the University of Florence and an adjunct professor in Cultural Food at the University of New Haven. He holds a Ph.D. in Commodity Science from the University of Bari.
Leonardo is also expert in the field of Circular Economy and urban regeneration.
